The first time I heard of singularity
Was in reference to a star
A star is rarely destroyed
Stars implode
You can look at a star from afar
You cannot touch it
When I look at stars
I do not understand them
You may get the wrong idea
You might be thinking I am drawing comparisons
Between stars and myself
An allegory
I would like to be a star
Nothing could touch me
Unlike in my life
Everything touches me
